Pick-up

The shuttle schedule from Dorking Main station to Wotton House is available below, although allocations may change depending on your actual arrival time.

Please note, if:

• your train is delayed, please approach the shuttle driver (Middle Earth Transport) upon your arrival and they will help you find a spot in another shuttle.

• you have not booked a shuttle but need one, please liaise with the driver upon arrival. We cannot guarantee your spot if you haven’t submitted a shuttle form on time. If shuttles have no availability, please call one of the local taxi companies suggested in the FAQ.

• you requested pick-up but are not included in the shuttle schedule, please check your email as we have booked alternative travel for some attendees.

• your train is expected to arrive after 11:00, please book your own taxi and keep the receipt to claim your expenses.

The return shuttle schedule from Wotton House to Dorking Main will be shared on Thursday.
